Little Texans Follows the Four Foundations of Learning When Designing Programs for our Students

OUR PROGRAMS

Little Texans Child Care Center has employed trained and trusted infant teachers will give you confidence as you entrust your child to our care. We promise to provide your child a day full of activities and learning stimulation. We believe that our center can help your child build a strong foundation of learning and trust.

TWINKLERS (INFANTS)

6wks - 11mos

The Infant Program at Little Texans Child Care Center is carefully designed to maximize your child’s cognitive, physical, and emotional development. We cater to the needs of infants ranging from 6 weeks through 11 months. Little Texans Child Care Center provides a safe and nurturing environment essential for the overall development of your child.

Our teachers respond quickly to each child’s cries because that is how they express their needs, and at this age they need to know trustworthy teachers are immediately available to care for them.

We talk with infants and respond to their sounds. We know when to be quiet, and we let the children experience and enjoy making sounds.

TWEENERS

12mos - 17mos

YOUNGER TODDLERS

18mos - 23mos

We have a Younger Toddler Program and an Older Toddler Program. Our toddler programs cater to toddlers ranging from 12 months old to 35 months old. At these stages, toddlers are developing their gross and fine motor skills. Little Texans Child Care Center provides an environment that stimulates and develops their mobility, language, artistic, engineering, and other essential skills.

Little Texans Child Care Center has a program structured around the needs of two-year-old children. This program includes the introduction of colors, shapes, letters, and numbers as well as sign language.

OLDER TODDLERS (TWOS)

24mos - 35mos

Our Older Toddler Program is unique and child-centered curriculum that promotes your young ones’ emotional and sensory growth. At this age, your children start to express their feelings, concerns, and independence through communication. Our teachers will make use of this opportunity to enhance their communication, social, and emotional skills through a combination of play, music and reading activities.

Little Texans Child Care Center uses age-appropriate learning materials and safe toys to master early learning fundamentals. Our center will provide endless learning opportunities to invigorate your child’s interest and love of learning. Group plays and projects are also available to promote encouragement, friendship, coordination, and sense of responsibility.

PRE-SCHOOL (THREES)

36mos - 47 mos

Our Threes Program aims to promote your child’s interest for learning. During this stage, children can have a chance to develop their social and communication skills through activities and friendships.
